Q. Where is The Mill & Mine Located?

A. The Mill & Mine is located just one block north of the Old City in Downtown Knoxville, across from the Southern Railway Station. Our address is 227 West Depot Avenue.

Q. Where Do I Park?

A. The Mill & Mine has several parking options within walking distance. The closest public parking lot is under the I-40 overpass at the corner of E. Magnolia Avenue and Williams Street. This lot is a 3-5-minute walk from the venue. You may also use this website to check out the rest of the available parking in downtown Knoxville, should you want to park closer to a hotel, specific restaurant, view this parking map.

Do not park in the Blue Slip Winery & Southern Railway parking lot. They close the gate for this lot and you won’t be able to remove your vehicle at the end of the night.

Q. Is there any seating?

A. The Mill & Mine is a standing-room only venue, unless otherwise noted on the specific event page. However, if you require seating accommodations, please inform the staff upon your arrival. We do have an ADA section, and are happy to accommodate any and all patrons to the best of our abilities.

Q. Are There Age Restrictions?

A. Yes, please verify the age restrictions of the show you are interested in via the events description on event page. Unless stated otherwise on the events or ticketing page, for shows listed as 18 years or older, patrons under 18 may enter if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For ALL shows, anyone 18 & older must present a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the venue. 

Children under the age of 3 do not require tickets to ALL AGES event.

Q. What is the venue’s photo policy?

A. The Mill & Mine does not allow cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, Go-Pros, or any other video recording device. Patrons may only bring Point & Shoot cameras that can fit in your pocket. Absolutely no Pro-Rig or DSLR cameras will be allowed in, unless you have been pre-approved by our staff for a photo/media pass from the venue or artist prior to the show. The Photo, Audio, & Video policy will vary by the show depending on the artist’s contract restrictions. You can inquire about individual show policies via info@themillandmine.com.

Q. Are we ADA compliant?

A. The Mill & Mine is ADA accessible and ADA compliant.

Q. What kinds of concessions are available at The Mill & Mine?

A. The Mill & Mine prides itself on having a flexible space for our special events. Currently, each show includes a full bar with mixed drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), wine, and beer. The bar accepts cash and all major credit cards. Snacks and lighter fare will be available for purchase at each show. Please email info@themillandmine.com for more information.

There are also plenty of great restaurants within a few blocks of the venue in the Old City, along Gay Street, and Market Square.

Q. How do I join the street team?

A. You can sign-up here. If we have any openings we’ll contact you.

Q. What is prohibited at the venue?

A. We do not allow weapons of any kind (including pocketknives), outside food and beverages, large backpacks, bags, and oversized purses.

For the safety and security of all patrons, all persons and items entering The Mill & Mine are subject to search.

Box Office Information

Box Office Inquiries:
