As concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) have escalated, it is imperative we consider our patrons, artists, staff, and community’s health. The Mill & Mine will be postponing several of our scheduled events. Please view the list below of the affected concerts. We will update this list as soon as we get new information. We appreciate your patience and support.
For Canceled Events – Tickets will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase. Please allow at least a week for this to be reflected in your bank account.
For Postponed Events – We are working to reschedule the date of postponed events and will alert ticket holders as soon as we have updated information. Fans should hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. If you can’t attend the rescheduled date, please contact your point of purchase.
For Rescheduled Events – Hang on to your tickets, as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. To refund tickets purchased via Ticketweb, a refund link will be visible under the event name in your Ticketweb account. Please use this link to login & request a refund, or contact Ticketweb customer service if you have additional questions. If you do not request a refund in the 30-days following your event’s reschedule announcement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If you have any further questions, please send us an email at email@example.com.
If you have a question regarding private events, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
