Seated Event Details
The Mill & Mine is committed to the safety of our artists, guests, and employees. We are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from local and federal authorities. We are in this together, and our ability to move forward will be based on our actions now.
Take A Seat
As directed by the Knox County Health Department, we as a business and our guests must follow the
FIVE CORE ACTIONS:
❯ Practice Physical Distancing
All of our events are reduced capacity, socially distanced, reserved seating events. Tables will be limited to 8 people or less and spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart. Overall venue capacity for these events is 15% or less.
All guests must remain in their designated area during events unless leaving to use the restroom or go to the bar.
❯ Wear Cloth Face Coverings
All staff, artists, and crew are required to wear masks from load in to load out, with the exception of artists on stage during the performance. During performances, the artist will remain a minimum of 15 feet from guests, as directed by the Tennessee Pledge.
For guests, masks are required to enter & must remain on unless you are at your table actively eating or drinking.
❯ Wash Your Hands or Use Hand Sanitizer Regularly
Hands should be washed for 20 seconds with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.
In addition to regular hand washing, gloves are being worn and changed frequently by all appropriate staff during their shift.
❯ Clean Frequently-Touched Surfaces
Staff will be on hand to frequently sanitize high traffic areas.
In addition to our standard nightly cleaning procedures, we are sanitizing all door handles and surfaces, before, during & after every show/event.
❯ Stay Home When Sick
All staff, guests, artists, and crew will be subject to temperature checks upon entry. Entry is not permitted if one’s temperature is 100.4 or higher.
Employees must stay home if they experience fever or any symptoms or have had contact with a COVID-positive individual. A negative test is required before returning to work.
If you are not feeling well and have symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days, you may request a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
What will it look like?
Contactless ordering & payment will be available via QR code at your table. Scan the QR code, select your items, check out, and we’ll bring it to you!
While we will also have a walk-up bar available, ordering via the QR code is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Those ordering from the walk-up bar must be masked and remain 6 feet apart. For concert events, this bar will be located outside under our covered porch, with exceptions for severe weather.
Weather permitting, our large floor-to-ceiling doors leading to our outdoor courtyard will be open to allow for maximum ventilation in the space.
