To attend a show at The Mill & Mine, upon entry patrons must present an ID card along with one of the following:

Vaccination record, demonstrating full vaccination at least two weeks in advance of the day of show. Vaccine cards can be in the form of a photo on your phone, physical photocopy, or original document.

—OR—

Printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result, administered within 72 hours of the day-of-show under administered by or under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

For patrons who have recently recovered from COVID-19, have completed a 14-day quarantine, and would yet not be able to provide a negative test or be vaccine eligible, please reach out to our team at info@themillandmine.com to discuss other documentation alternatives available to you.

For Patrons under 18:
• For minors eligible for the vaccine, age 12 – 17, but without a photo ID, a verified negative COVID-19 test result OR a valid COVID-19 vaccination record alone will be accepted.

• For minors aged 2 – 11, masks must be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon request.

We will also be taking the following steps to ensure everyone’s health, safety and comfort:

  • Venue staff and crew are subject to the same requirements as show attendees.
  • Masks are required for staff, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Masks are highly encouraged but not required for all patrons, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Bar will be located outside on the covered porch, allowing a more safe environment for interaction between staff and patrons, along with ample space for patrons to distance themselves.
  • The venue’s large side doors to the courtyard area will be open for air and crowd circulation. (Weather dependent).
  • Lounge furniture along with tables and chairs will be placed in the courtyard to allow for spacing and a more comfortable experience for patrons overall. (Weather dependent).
To request a refund to one of the specifically listed shows above, please e-mail info@themillandmine.com within 5 days of the announcement with your Ticketweb confirmation number. We will begin processing refunds after that date. After that window, no refunds will be allowed.

Please e-mail and do not call the venue to request your refund. If you call, we will ask you to e-mail your information. If you did not purchase your tickets through Ticketweb, you will have to contact your point of purchase.
